What are services like?
You will find the LIFE difference woven throughout our campus and within every ministry event. We offer all that we can in order to equip your family with the tools to help them live the life that God intended. We do our very best to meet the needs of the 21st century family and we understand that families today are extremely busy. When You Arrive: At the front door, some friendly people (we call them hosts) will greet you, answer any questions you have, and direct you to our main meeting room. If you have children, from age two through fifth grade, a host will point you to our Childrens (KidsLIFE) Worship Area. You will be introduced to the appropriate class where your children will experience exciting, relevant, and engaging Biblical lessons. We also offer a nursery with age-appropriate toys and cribs with fresh linens for sleeping babies and a nursing mother's station. Finding Your Way Around: You will notice that there are signs readily accessible to direct you to the places you will need to go while you are here. If you have questions, please ask any member of our staff and they will be happy to find whatever you may need. Our goal is to insure that you have a memorable experience and if we can help in any way while you are here, please don't hesitate to ask. During the Service: You will notice that everyone is dressed comfortably, in anything from dressy to "office casual" to jeans. Our Sunday Worship services begin at 9 and 11 am. For a little more than an hour, we celebrate Jesus together with our adults and teenagers in the auditorium, and our children with their own special ministry locations. Then our Senior Pastor Buddy Thompson (or another speaker) will share a relevant message designed to minister to the whole family. We usually speak for about 30 minutes, and do our best to make the message interesting, enjoyable, and applicable to daily life. The message will be from the Bible and will often include illustrations and stories that you will enjoy and make you feel at home. If your experience is like so many others, you will hear solid Christian teaching and preaching in intelligent, understandable, and relevant terms. At the end of Sunday Worship, there is always a chance to respond to the presence of God (some refer to it as an altar call), but you will never be pressured by anyone to do so. People are always available to pray or talk with you at any time that you would like. After the Service: After roughly 75 minutes, the gathering will end, and we hope that you will stay and meet some members of our staff over coffee or tea. Church is about God and worship, but its also about community and friendship, so we hope that you really experience warmth, friendliness, and most importantly LIFE TOGETHER - connected with a relationship with Jesus Christ and the community of believers at Life Church.

What is the community like?
Whether you are single, married, single again, with or without children - no matter where you've been or what you've done - we invite you to experience the difference that life in Jesus Christ makes. Life Church is a multi-cultural, multi-generational, Spirit-filled congregation that cares about you making a connection to God and to others! We believe church is for everyone and it should be fun, exciting, relevant, equipping and full of LIFE. We aren't here to impress you by showing off our "Sunday faces", or creating a production, or even showing off a fancy building. We strive to meet the needs of our members and our community by providing: 1) An Inviting atmosphere 2) Friendly people who'll help you find your way around 3) Messages relevant to your daily life 4). Today's music, high impact media presentation and relevant Bible teaching 5) Interest based Small Groups that allow you to connect with others throughout the week 6) Dream Teams that allow you to find a place to use your God-given talents to serve others. 7) Opportunities to discover just how much you matter to God.

What if I'm not a Christian?
We live in a world where people are quick to place labels on everyone. We recognize that maybe you haven't labeled yourself as a "Christian" yet. But we also know that if you are exploring this website, you are in search of something beyond where you are. Call it faith, belief, a higher power, inner peace or strength. Call it whatever you want but we all are searching for something. The Bible says that you will find God when you search for him with all of your heart. As a church we believe that the things that we are searching for can be found in a relationship with Jesus Christ. We endeavor to provide you with a place to embrace the journey, space to explore your faith, and a community of believers to help with whatever questions you have along the way.
