First Baptist Church

Who We Are

Relational; Real; Family

First Baptist has a family atmosphere; we act like family, a good one! There is good natured banter that goes on, sometimes even from the platform to the pew and back! We enjoy each other's presence and we love to welcome new people to our family. We emphasize God's grace and what that means for us today in living out our lives as God would have us.

What to Expect

What are services like?
Services are laid back with a traditional feel, but more blended than traditional.

What is the community like?
Very friendly and family oriented. We act like a family with our good parts as well as not so good parts. We are human. Therefore, we seek to walk together as we grow in God's grace.

What if I'm not a Christian?
That's okay! We are about building relationships with people and sharing inside those relationships who God is and how he has revealed himself to us.

Jim is passionate about building God's kingdom and seeing God's kingdom expressed among his people and the community of Fort Dodge.
