What to Expect

What are services like?
Throughout our worship service we sing praises to God in hymns and psalms. The service can be broken down into 6 main parts: - We repent of our sins and receive forgiveness. - We hear about Jesus through the Bible in the daily readings and the Sermon. - We confess what we believe about God using a Creed. - We baptize children and adults who are new to the faith. - We pray as Jesus has taught us. - We taste Jesus's Body and Blood in the Bread and Wine of communion, for the forgiveness of sins.

We are a friendly congregation. We are from diverse backgrounds but we all share a common faith in Jesus, confessed by the reformers in the Book of Concord, and grounded in the Bible.
