Grace Lutheran Church

Who We Are

Know God's Grace...Share God's Love

A congregation for today in an historic setting. Located in the midst of Fort Dodge's Oak Hill Historic District, Grace offers many larger church amenities in a mid-sized setting. Vibrant worship, concerts, youth activities, children's ministries, and social outreach abound.

Our Services

Service Times

Sunday
  • 08:30am - Traditional Worship
  • 10:45am - Contemporary worship

What to Expect

What are services like?
8:30 Worship is lead by organ, featuring more traditional hymnody. 10:45 Worship is lead by piano and praise team. Dress is casual for the most part. Adult Choir, Handbell Choir, soloists, Children's Bell Choir, and teen choirs help proclaim the word that typically follows lectionary. Communion is celebrated every Sunday.

What is the community like?
As a church of Swedish background, the gift of hospitality is always front and center. People may walk in strangers, but leave having found new friends. The congregation is mission oriented, helping support a companion congregation in Tanzania as well as more than a dozen local and regional causes.

What if I'm not a Christian?
All are welcome.
