What are services like?
A Friendly, Casual Atmosphere - We endeavor to genuinely love people and are excited to have the opportunity to meet our neighbors in the community. Everyone is welcome, our style is informal and dress is casual. When you walk in the doors of the Vineyard, you will be greeted with a warm smile and a hand-shake. Throughout your visit you will encounter authentic people who truly care about you, and who desire to bless and encourage you on your spiritual journey. Passionate Worship - At Senoia Vineyard we believe that worship is about offering every part of our lives to give God glory. We also believe that God’s presence is revealed through worship. As a result, we have designed our worship services in such a manner that people can experience the power and the presence of God. This is done through song, quiet reflection, vocalized praise, lifted hands, and spontaneous worship (kneeling, crying, praising, and prayer). There is no "right way" to worship, and as such, we encourage people to simply express their love to God in a way that is comfortable and familiar to them. Relevant, Biblical Teaching - As Christ-followers, we have the most exciting message in the world to deliver. At Senoia Vineyard, we desire to present the age-old truths of scripture in a culturally relevant, yet biblically-sound manner. Our messages always seek to draw us closer to God, equip us in our spiritual journey, and encourage us to share the love of Christ with people in our lives who don't yet know Him.

Leadership

Brent Anderson

Brent Anderson is the Lead Pastor of the Vineyard. Brent was born and raised in a rich, Godly environment in the Atlanta area. He attended Lee University in Cleveland, TN, majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Bible. Brent graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management. He has completed several classes toward a Master of Biblical Studies degree from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary and is a graduate of the Bethel School of Ministry Atlanta, that originated out of Bethel Church in Redding, CA. Upon graduating from Georgia State, he worked for close to thirteen years as a residential home builder, managing the construction of many homes in the south Atlanta region. During that time the Lord was preparing him, through a number of outlets for the call to pastoral ministry. Those outlets include, close to four years of volunteer youth ministry leadership and an appointment to the eldership of Vineyard Community Church. Brent, his wife April, and their four children: Kylie, Evan, Max, and Maggie have a passion to share the extravagant love of Jesus Christ to everyone they come in contact with and to serve the community of Senoia and surrounding areas.
