I use to love it. Attended there for 10 years. Served in many ministries. Good pastors, preaching and programs at first. Then the present pastor, Steve Dunmire, arrived and people got fired left and right and so far at LEAST 30 staff members have been left go.--and there is still a high turnover. All who left who were on staff are crushed and have a stories of abuse and manipulation on the part of Mr. Dunmire. Fits of anger (for control) have been noted. The board says that their only job is to "support the pastor" yet none of them have any spiritual authority or roles in the church showing they have spiritual discernment. They don't share the gospel anymore from the pulpit. They talk "about God/Jesus" but I spent 2 years waiting to hear the gospel shared and an invitation given and it never was. If you didn't know how to become a Christian you would leave still not knowing (but would hear a good Ted Talk and some nice music). Until Mr. Dunmire leaves, I think its a toxic environment if you are looking for a check and balance type of accountablity with a pastor, his staff, and volunteers. Its very sad. They are also VERY far to the LEFT of politics and it shows.

William definitely is wrong. This church was influencal in my walk with Christ and the childrens pastor is by no means a bad person.

William doesn't know what he is talking about. I have attended this church for the last 26 years and served on staff for the first 19 years. We do a full background check on all staff and volunteers who serve in ministry. We serve our resurrected Lord and Savior - Jesus Christ
