The Church of the Intercession

Who We Are

"We are a community of followers of Jesus in the tradition of the Episcopal Church. As Episcopalians we strive to be a middle way between the Catholic and Protestant traditions of Christianity. At Intercession you will be surrounded by a beautiful building but more importantly in an open and welcoming community. Our community is multicultural and worships in English and Spanish. We are located at the border of two great neighborhoods of New York City: West Harlem and Washington Heights, but you might feel you are in an old English village!"
