A strange operation. Since they took over the church in Hooper, the lawn is now 3 foot tall with weeds taking over. There's exposed oil by the back door spilling everywhere and they have a goat inside the church ! The whole neighborhood is concerned at this point ! It's a shame what they've done to the property. It's really a mess!
