About Us
St. John's is a confessional Lutheran congregation in Stanton, Nebraska. St. John's is a wonderful family of believers built on the foundation of Jesus Christ and Him crucified. We gather in His Name, we grow in His Grace and give thanks for His goodness in God's Service every Sunday morning as God comes to meet us in His Holy Word and Sacraments. We also offer Christian education to all ages and operate a Lutheran preschool where young souls from our congregation and community are touched by the love of their Savior everyday.

What to Expect
Leadership
Tyler Peil
Pastor Peil has served St. John's since 2007. He and his dear wife, Jill, have 3 lovely daughters. Pastor was born and raised in Michigan, received a bachelor's degree at Martin Luther College in New Ulm, Minnesota (2001), received a Master of Divinity degree from Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in Mequon, Wisconsin (2005) and continues his education at various classes and conferences so that he might be all the more equipped to bring the Word of God to the people of Stanton. He enjoys teaching and preaching and counseling the people of God and is occasionally found on the golf course in town as well. He would be thrilled to meet you and serve you in whatever way he can.Location & Directions
