Shepherd of the Hill Lutheran Church
About Us
We are a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. About 120 of us worship each week at 10 a.m. from Sept--May, and at 9 a.m. from June-August.. We have Sunday School for all ages during the school year. On Wednesday afternoons during the school year, we have a special class for 7th and 8th graders who are preparing to receive this congregation's confirmation of their faith. Our demogragphics are best described as "whole family", with 3-4 generations represented in worship each Sunday. We host the Elk Mound Food Pantry, as well as a food distribution ministry called "Ruby's Pantry" every 4th Saturday of the month (except November 2012, when we will distribute the Tuesday before Thanksgiving).
