What are services like?
A congregation of folks from various religious upbringings, we like to mix it up. On any given Sunday, you might find our children reading the Gospel, an MLK-inspired call and response, or an ofrenda for our dead loved ones. You might hear a family playing bluegrass, an old familiar hymn, or Jeremy wowing us on the organ while the choir sings in Latin. Our prayers always come from the people and we pass a rowdy peace. Most importantly, everyone, and that means Everyone, is welcome at our communion table.

What is the community like?
We are a happy group who likes to create community around fellowship, shared meals, and service. We also like to think. Life is difficult. God is good. Through education, forums, and helping others, we wrap our minds and hearts around both of these truths and find ways to ease suffering, speak out, and simply, be there for each other.

What if I'm not a Christian?
That's okay with us! You will find a wide variety of beliefs at Pilgrim and no required creed. We take our example from the life of Jesus and seek to live lives of abundant grace and love.
