Our Services

What are services like?
Our Sunday service is about 75 minutes and includes singing both new and traditional music, led by our band. Most of the time is used for teaching from the Scriptures, usually in series that touch on particular topics or through large chunks of the Bible.

What is the community like?
Our people represent a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and life experiences. There is bound to be someone that is similar to you.

What if I'm not a Christian?
Oak Tree is a great place for you! While we make no apologies for what we believe and teach, we understand that none of us has "arrived," and we all need help in our spiritual journey toward Christ. Our worship services are designed to challenge everyone to take their next step on our Path toward Jesus.

Daniel Goepfrich

Daniel Goepfrich

I am the Lead/Teaching Pastor at Oak Tree Community Church in South Bend, IN. I married my wife, Saralynn, in 1997, and we have four children. I love to teach people God's Word, and I extend my teaching opportunities through writing. Along with my blog, I have published a book on marriage, divorce, and remarriage, and I'm currently working on other writing projects. In addition to my pastoral teaching role, I also teach Bible, Theology, and Greek in our church's Biblical Learning Center.
