Mt. Zion United Methodist Church

What are services like?
We ring the old church bell. We smile at all the folks making their way across the church yard. We shake hands and inquire about what happened during the week. We sing as best we can, we hear God's Word, we share our concerns, we listen to the babies bawl, the kids shuffle, and we emphasize that we are there to spend an hour with God and His people.

What is the community like?
We have a strong community from old ties. We welcome new friends. We have lunch together once a month..........share prayer concerns and many times of fellowship together. We know each other's name and the pastor is available for home visits, phone calls, whatever it takes to help you get connected with other members and establish this place as your spiritual 'home'.

What if I'm not a Christian?
Come and make a friend! Come and ask questions! Come out to the country and breathe!
