Mt. Horeb United Methodist Church is located in a small rural community in Orange County, Virginia, three miles south of Madison Run, near Mallory’s Ford, one half mile from the Louisa County line, surviving the perils of war and fire for 100 years.

Theresa Marie (Fizer)DammannAs a 9 year old child, I went to church religiously, most of the time myself and my brother's and my sister would walk to church from Doctors road in trevilians. I became a member at 9 years of age. And I was baptized December 9, 1973 by Rev edwine B. Barlow. This church holds many wonderful memories, and even though I had to move away, I always held Mt Horeb Methodist Church close to my heart and I still follow Jesus to this day, I have moved back to VA, and I Hope to visit what I will always call My Home Church.🙏.I still carry my Certificate of membership and my Certificate of Baptism with pride.🙏💞
