Metropolitan Baptist Church(MBC)is a multi-ethnic congregation in Bensonhurst Brooklyn. We have three congregations, English, Chinese, and South Asian (Punjabi, Urdu, Hindi). We are getting ready to start a Spanish-speaking congregation. Our Sunday English worship experience brings blended worship music led by a worship team and band. We are reformed in theology, passionate about truth, strongly concerned with reaching out into the community, with specialized ministries for children, middlers, senior high, young professionals and many opportunities for adult discipleship and ministry. What to Expect

What are services like?
English Services: greeters welcome you, contemporary music prelude, choir sings every other week, small worship team leads blended contemporary and hymns, greeting time, preaching is 30-40 minutes expository from Bible, communion first Sunday of the month, monthly mission emphasis, 100 or so attend, not handicap accessible (lots of steps at entry)

What is the community like?
Mixed ethic congregation: white, Caribbean, Asian, Hispanic, all ages represented, dress from a few suits to jeans and t-shirts

What if I'm not a Christian?
All are welcome, greeters will guide you to where you feel comfortable, you will not be singled out by the pastor or worship leaders, many things are explained during the service so those unfamiliar can know what is going on
