About Us
Metropolitan Baptist Church(MBC)is a multi-ethnic congregation in Bensonhurst Brooklyn. We have three congregations, English, Spanish, and Hindi . Our Sunday English worship experience brings blended worship music led by a worship team and band. We are reformed in theology, passionate about truth, strongly concerned with reaching out into the community, and in reaching the world through missions. Pastor Chris married to Karen, MBC pastor since 1994, BA in Biblical Studies -Taylor U, MAR and MDiv -Westminster Theol. Seminary. DMin in Expository Preaching from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, taught Bible & Church History at NYSB , a branch of Lancaster Bible College for 25 years.
