What to Expect

What are services like?
The worship services are inviting to all ages, genders and races. There is no right or wrong thing to wear when you enter into our church and it is not uncommon to see a hot cup of coffee in someones hand as they are singing praises to God. For those who prefer the traditional Lutheran Liturgy, we offer a Wednesday evening worship at 6pm and a Sunday morning worship at 8:45. For those who prefer a more casual atmosphere with upbeat contemporary songs or a new twist on that old familiar hymn, then the 10:30am worship service is for you. We have fellowship between services 9:45-10:30, with plenty of coffee and tasty treats. All services tend to run one hour.

What is the community like?
At Immanuel, we welcome you to come as you are, but challenge to leave not as you came. We look forward to every opportunity to build new relationships in Christ and welcome you to be a part of the community that God is building here at Immanuel.

What if I'm not a Christian?
That's okay, at this point you are probably seeking direction and if you have gotten this far, then most likely God is already at work in you leading you to Christ. Come and be a part of the worship and then speak with one our pastors so that your questions about the Christian faith and the Lutheran church may be answered.
