Our pastor was born in Georgia and was privileged to grow up in a Christian home with parents who love the Lord. He was saved at the age of five. His family moved to Saluda, NC when he was in the eighth grade and he eventually attended East Henderson High School. After graduating from East, He moved to Raleigh and attended NC State University. While studying Civil Engineering at NC State University, God led him to his wife, Emily, whom he married on June 22, 2002. After graduation, the Duke family moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida where Dustin began his career as a structural engineer. Five years later they moved to Tampa, Florida. The Lord blessed Dustin and Emily with two beautiful daughters during their time in Sunshine State. After working as a structural engineer and serving the Lord in their local church for over 10 years, the Lord called Dustin into the ministry. He relocated his family to North Carolina in 2013 where he attended Ambassador Baptist College. After graduating in 2016, Dustin and his family travelled in Evangelism until Harvest Baptist called him to be our Pastor. His first day as Pastor at Harvest Baptist Church was 8/6/2023. Pastor Duke remains passionate about evangelizing the surrounding communities of Inman, Boiling Springs, and Spartanburg for the cause of Jesus Christ.
