Who We Are

GVF is a church that believes that life is an adventure. We're not about religion; we're about introducing people to the adventure that a life with Christ can offer, and then challenging and encouraging them to live a life of significance.

Whether you have never been to church, you’ve been hundreds of times, or you are returning from a long absence, we invite you to get acquainted with GVF and, more importantly, to get connected with Christ. Please spend a few minutes to browse our website site for more details about the various ways we can meet your family’s needs.

Our Services

What are services like?
Church should be an enjoyable yet reverent experience, so our services are energetic, upbeat, and vertically directed. We want every person who visits GVF to leave encouraged because they've encountered God’s greatness and goodness. It's a time to visit with friends and gain a practical teaching from God's Word.

What is the community like?
Many of the people who make up GVF have come to know and experience the grace of God in their live and thus seek to model His forgiveness and acceptance others. We are a congregation full of people doing life together, practicing reconciliation, and seeking to love others without conditions.

What if I'm not a Christian?
People from every background imaginable attend GVF. We accept people wherever they are in life, and wherever they are on their spiritual journey, so GVF is filled with people just like you.

Leadership

Paul Anderson

Paul has a Masters of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary. Before coming to GVF, he was an assistant pastor at a multi-staff Bible church in Dallas. How he describes himself: I am passionate about coffee. I lose all track of time in a library. I’m endlessly entertained by playing chase with my daughter. My wife Jenny & I both love European art, history, and culture. I’m fascinated by Church History. I find a long run to be spiritually and physically satisfying. I like to unwind with a movie where things blow up and good guys win.bes himself:
