Varieties of People:At the First Presbyterian Church of Forest Hills, you will find a multi-ethnic, multi-lingual community--children and adults of all ages. Our friends and members come together from every continent to worship God in Unity. You are welcome to join us. You are sure to find someone who speaks your language. Sunday morning worship is held at 11:00 a. m. (Summer month services start at 10:00 a. m. ). You are also invited to fellowship time after the service, downstairs in the church hall -- a chance to refresh your body and your soul. Varieties of Programs:Are you looking for a good Christian Education program for your children? Each Sunday at 10:00 a. m. , our Sunday School offers classes from pre-school to senior high youth. We participate in Youth Connection, for 7th-12th graders, citywide. Are you youthful? Maybe you'd like to get involved in this. Are you an adult thinking that you might like to learn more about the Bible? You can walk in the door this Sunday, at 10:00 a. m. and join an Adult Bible Study session. Or call the church office to find out when the evening group meets. There's also a "new member" class to learn about the church and what Presbyterians believe. How about a Women's Group? We have a group meeting the last Wednesday of each month, for mutual support, prayer and discussion, and some Saturday activities. There's a one-week Vacation Bible School each summer, for children preschool - 6th grade. Our Presbyterian Day School runs half-day and full-day sessions year-round for children two years-eight months to age five. Varieties of Service:Ours is a church of service. A monthly food collection for the hungry, plus local and worldwide mission service and giving are a celebration of our shared humanity. We seek to serve God in what we do and who we are.
