Pastor Mathews graduated from Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, in 1994. He served as campus pastor in Mankato, MN, from 1994-99. He has served First Lutheran Church in Waldorf and St. John's Lutheran Church near Minnesota Lake since 1999.
