Greetings in the name of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ, It has been an incredible joy to serve the Lord here at Fellowship Chapel. I consider it to be a great privilege to be an undershepherd for God’s precious flock. As a church our vision is very simple, “Growing intimacy with God.” There is no higher purpose than to be in an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ. We are not a people of great number but we do worship and serve a great and mighty God. The Lord has consistently proven His faithfulness to us over the years. We believe the church exists to glorify God. This occurs as the people of God worship Him in spirit and in truth. The Lord is also glorified when His people seek to build authentic and caring relationships with each other. Our love for one another empowers us to reach our neighbor with the love of Jesus Christ. As pastor, I find great joy in preaching and teaching God’s word. The word of God is the foundation on which everything stands or falls. One of my favorite verses in all of Scripture is 2 Timothy 4:2, “Preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage – with great patience and careful instruction.” As you listen to or read God’s word, I pray that you are challenged and encouraged in your pursuit of Him.
