Leadership
Rusty Tugman
Rusty joined the Alameda staff in 2003. Prior to Alameda, Rusty served as the Community Outreach Minister for the Bammel Church of Christ in Houston, Texas and as Youth Minister for the Westwood Church of Christ in Edmond, Oklahoma. Rusty has a B.A. in Bible from Oklahoma Christian University, a M.A. in Ministry from Oklahoma Christian University, and a M.A. in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma. Rusty also serves as a consultant for the Strata Leadership Group. Rusty and his wife Mitzi have been married since 1994. They have a daughter named Hope and a son named Cooper who has passed on to be with God. Rusty also enjoys running, reading, and cheering on the OU Sooners, but his greatest fulfillment in life is helping people embrace the hope of Jesus Christ.Location & Directions
