Good Evening, My name is Terrence J. Bradshaw. I am one of the founders, creators, and head of schools for Building Better Brothers Academy. Building Better Brothers Academy is an innovative all boys private school dedicated to giving low-income families the chance at a quality education. Our vision is to transform boys with behavioral disorders, special needs, and learning deficits into young men through Afrocentric learning by demonstrating culturally relevant methods and techniques that are embraced and replicated everywhere. Building Better Brothers Academy is on the cusp of doing something remarkable within education, and we’d love for your organization to be a part of that by meeting with us to learn how we started out as a mentorship program for inner-city at-risk boys of color. Building Better Brothers Academy has been strategically designed with young adolescent boys of color in mind. Through academic rigor, passion, and creativity; balanced by a strict code of discipline our young boys have no choice but to be successful. However, we need your help. We’re asking for your support this year through different funding opportunities. We know your schedule is busy. However, we’d love the opportunity to meet in person about the goals of our upcoming school and how you all could financially help. We’re only asking for a donation of $100-$500.
