We try really hard to love God, help people, and change the world.

Originally St. Giles Presbyterian Church, this new church was started by members of Ridglea Presbyterian Church, also in Fort Worth. Westside is entering a new phase of its history, an emergence into a new culture, new ministries, and new life. We don't want to brag, but its kind of awesome.

What to Expect

What are services like?
Everyone has something different in mind when they are looking for information on a church. Since we can't tell everyone everything that they might want to know, we would like to invite you to join us for worship to learn more about us. Dress as Casually or formally as you would like, you will still be welcomed. We sing hymns, along with songs written recently.

What is the community like?
Everyone here at Westside agrees, that loving God and others is more important than our styles of singing or dress. Those who dress up and like hymns find Westside agrees with their spirit. So do those who dress casually and like guitars.

What if I'm not a Christian?
God loves you. Come anyway? Nobody will bite you? You are probably an interesting person to have lunch with...

Leadership

Chad Presley

Chad Presley is our pastor. He loves to talk about Jesus, justice, peace, comic books, and Chinese food. Rather than shying away from controversy in the Bible and the church, he would rather move through them. There is no one not welcome here as far as he is concerned, and any who disagree are welcome to stay as they change their mind!
