Leadership
David Salyer
Pastor David has been the lead Pastor of Victory since March of 1998. Since that time, he and his wife, Michelle, have co-pastored Victory through tremendous change and growth - including renovations and building projects. God has instilled a deep passion for worship into the culture of Victory, along with a desire to reach the hurting and hopeless. David and Michelle have a vision to build an Impact Center in Columbia City to reach more people with the love of God through the local church.Location & Directions
