What to Expect

What are services like?
Sundays at 8:30 AM: very traditional Lutheran liturgy, organ, choir, chanting, hymns; folks tend to dress up; still very welcoming and friendly. Sundays at 11:00 AM: contemporary Lutheran service, electric guitars, drums, keyboards, praise songs; folks tend to be pretty casual; welcoming and friendly. Wednesdays at 7:15 PM: modern liturgical service, piano, hymns and songs; folks tend to be pretty casual; small attendance; our most welcoming and friendly crowd.

What is the community like?
Driven, with a passion for Jesus, kids, single adults, and good music (of all kinds); loving and caring, especially for the weakest. Being Lutheran, we're even somewhat organized about it! Usually.

What if I'm not a Christian?
Expect a warm welcome. Don't check your brain at the door. Ask questions! Learn to know Jesus at your own pace, with as much or little of our help as is comfortable for you.

Jaim Gann

Passionate for Jesus and working to see all people to come to Him! Ordained in 2001, pastor at Trinity since 2006. Graduate of Eleanor Roosevelt High School, University of Maryland College Park, Concordia Seminary, and US Navy Chaplains School. Devoted husband of Janine and father of Sarah and David. Loves encountering God's Word in the original languages, cycling, running, and playing French horn.
