What to Expect

What are services like?
Our 8:00 a.m. service (known as 'the early service') has no music or hymns, lasts about 45 minutes and is a smaller, more intimate gathering. Our 10:00 a.m. service (our main service), begins with church school for the children and a sermon for the adults. The children then join their parents at the sign of the peace and stay for the remainder of the service. This service lasts about 1 hr 15 minutes. Each service ends with coffee, cookies and fellowship for those who wish to stay.

What is the community like?
There are several three and four-generation families who attend, as well as some seniors and a lot of young families. We have active social groups for all ages. You really feel like part of a community when you're here. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming.

What if I'm not a Christian?
Non-Christians are welcome to worship, but would receive a blessing rather than partaking in Holy Communion. Simply speak to the Rector if you are interested in learning more about being baptized or being confirmed into the Episcopal faith.
