What are services like?
Whatever service you attend, you’ll be part of an experience of worship that includes music (choir and hymns at the traditional service; a praise band at all other services), prayer and engaging teaching by one of our pastors. The Sunday 8:45 AM service is more traditional; and the 10:15 AM service is Contemporary. You needn’t dress up; come as you are comfortable.

What is the community like?
The church community at Tavares Community Church is warm, welcoming, and service-oriented, offering a blend of traditional and contemporary worship, active ministries for all ages, and a strong focus on outreach through programs like the food pantry, thrift shop, and community events, making it a great place to grow in faith and connect with others.

What if I'm not a Christian?
God’s grace is a free gift. We do not have to earn our way into relationship with God. God, our Father, is always ready for us to come home at any time. Romans 10:9-10 says, “If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved.”
