Quindaro Paul, granddaughter of Rev FPO Reed, one time parishioner of St James. shared their experience Mar 2019
The members are welcoming and friendly. My grandfather was baptized and confirmed there around 1897. He loved the church so much he became an Episcopal priest after attending seminary at Nashota in Wisconsin. I visited the church one time and two members of the congregation were kind enough to show me the archive books which showed the record of my grandfather's baptism and confirmation. I imagine the Rector of St James encouraged Philip Reed to become a priest. Thank you St James.
