What to Expect
Leadership

Frank Allen
The Rev. Frank Allen has served as Rector for since 1997. He grew up in Dallas, TX and attended Duke University on a music scholarship for operatic singing. After graduation, Frank worked for a large General Contracting firm before answering his call to the priesthood. He attended Virginia Theological Seminary and served two years at St. John's in Roanoke, VA before his time at St. David's. Frank serves on the Standing Committee for the Diocese of Pennsylvania and Pension Committee of the national Episcopal Church, and is an Honorary Canon for Mission in the Episcopal Diocese of Guatemala. Frank and his wife Amy, have three grown sons.Location & Directions
