Santa Cruz Valley United Methodist Church

We are reimagining how we "do" church and live our lives as followers of Jesus Christ in the United Methodist tradition. Our church strives to be a safe haven for all who have felt excluded or abandoned by traditional churches. We proudly welcome everyone, especially disabled adults; LGBTQIA folx and allies; and those who are seeking to meet God in the margins of society.

We recognize that the Bible and Scripture have been used in the past to harm instead of heal. Together we ask questions, wrestle with Scripture, and lean into our doubts.

We are justice seekers who try to live our lives imitating Jesus, who came to proclaim good news to the poor, freedom for the prisoners, recovery of sight to the blind, and to set the oppressed free. (Luke 4:18) As followers of Jesus, we are striving to bring God's mercy, compassion, love, and peace into the world.
