The Rev. Taylor W. Burton Edwards
Pastor
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Rev. Taylor W Burton Edwards is pastor of St. Matthew Evangelical Lutheran Church in Columbus, Georgia and Director of Ask The UMC, the United Methodist Information Service.
He also serves as Secretary of the North American Academy of Liturgy, Treasurer of The Liturgical Conference, and past-chair of the Consultation on Common Texts.
He is married to The Very Rev. Dr. Grace Burton Edwards, Rector of St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Columbus, Georgia, and Dean of the Chattahoochee Valley Convocation of the Episcopal Diocese of Atlanta. They have two grown sons, Jacob (Indianapolis, IN) and Will (Charlotte, NC).
