VISION:
ResoNation is a Gospel-centered* community of disciples living as a family of servants and missionaries in the city of Chesapeake.
*Gospel-Centered means that everything in our lives, both who we are and how we live, is built on and lived out of the Gospel—the “good news” that Jesus has defeated death, sin, and evil through his own life, death, and resurrection, and is making all things new…including us!
MISSION:
To see lives transformed as the Gospel resonates in and through the church in words and deeds for the good of the city and the glory of God.

Our Services

- Our gatherings on Sunday morning are fairly simple. We meet and greet friends old and new over coffee and donuts. We typically start the service by singing a few songs to celebrate who God is and what he has done for us. At this point, we usually dismiss kids ages 10 and under to KidsNation and then the Word is preached. We usually close our services together in a simple celebration known as the Lord’s Supper. Dress is casual and our music style is a theological blend of traditional hymns and contemporary music. We utilize technology in our services but not for its own sake; our gatherings are focused on Jesus and the Scriptures, not entertainment. We hope you'll join us.
