Who We Are
REJOICE FELLOWSHIP SAN DIEGO
WHO WE ARE…Rejoice Fellowship San Diego is a Christ-centered, Bible-based, non-denominational and multiculture Christian church. Our passion is to reach San Diego and the world in our generation with the full Gospel of Jesus Christ. For more information, please visit our website: www.rejoicefellowshipsd.org.
WHAT WE DO…Our church ministry is to reach the lost, needy, hurting and to make disciples. We extend compassion and mercy of Christ through our community feeding outreach every Thursday 7:00 PM at 1200 E. 8th St. National City, CA 91950.
WHAT WE VALUE…We value “Christ-LED Family”. This is the acrostic of what we value as describe below;
C-hrist – We exist to promote Christ-Centered life. (2 Corinthians 5:17; Matthew 7:21)
The Bible explicitly declares that Jesus is both Lord and Christ (Acts 2:36). Therefore, we receive Him as our Lord and Savior and to commit a Christ-centered life. It’s not about who we are but it’s all about who Christ is. It’s not about what we do for Him but it’s what He did for us. He must be Lord not just in church matters but in every area of our life, not just on Sundays but every day of the week.
L-eadership – We exist to establish, equip and empower servant leaders to prepare God’s people for works of service. (Ephesians 4:11-13; Mark 10:43-45)
E-vangelism – We exist to proclaim the gospel of Christ and do ministry that shares God’s love and mercy to humanity. (Ephesians 3:10; Matthew 5:13-16)
D-iscipleship – We exist to teach and help people become more like Christ in character and obedience (Matthew 28:19-20)
We believe that all Christians are called to be disciples and to make disciples. A disciple is one who follows Jesus. We are committed to help you discover your purpose in life by equipping, training and empower.
F-amily – We exist to build strong families for Christ to honor and advance His Kingdom. (Joshua 24:15; Colossians 3:18-24)
We believe that our relationship with our family must be a priority next to our relationship with God. We encourage maintaining and establishing long-term relationships based on mutual respect, forgiveness, truth, unity, peace, faith, hope and love.
