I always remembered what a great church it was! My sister was 7 and I was 5 (19520 when we would walk to Redeemer from our home on Veteran Ave. our parents did not attend but I started to learn about Jesus there. When I was in the sixth grade and there was a Baptist convention, we did not have the money to attend. Redeemer contacted my mother and the church paid for my sister and I to attend! Redeemer was a true blessing for me as a child. It was my foundation to serve God all of my life. I am grateful and thankful to Redeemer.
