Providence Reformed Presbyterian Church

About Us

Who Are We?

Providence Reformed is part of the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church, an evangelical (conservative) denomination with roots going back to the Protestant Reformation of the 16th century.*

We are committed to maintaining the testimony of historic Christianity, a faith passed down through the centuries. At the same time, as we face a future radically different from the past, we are concerned to give expression to it in ways that are relevant to the needs of today.

Our purpose is to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ to our neighbors in Bartlett and around the world; to build His people up in their faith so that they can lead meaningful and fruitful lives in their busy and complex world; and to lift Him up through meaningful worship. We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God providing guidance for all of life, and that Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God sent into the world to reconcile sinners to a Holy God.

*We are not affiliated with the mainline Presbyterian Church or the World Council of Churches.
