Peace Lutheran Church

Peace Lutheran Church is a wonderful diverse church that I miss very much. I have been away in Wisconsin Rapids, Wi. since 1999. I miss it a lot still!! I miss the worship, the music and the diverse people both young and old that I worshipped with. The Lutheran church here in Rapids is not diverse, the music is never a spiritual and I am the only one that claps for a spiritual type song. My husband John is the only black person who is a member. At least we are trying to become a Reconciled In Christ church welcoming diversity someday. I guess while I am communicating, I would like to request that Peace will pray for John and I. He is beginning dementia. It is a hard road. I hope that some of you remember us. if anyone would like to email us, our address is [email protected]. I hope to get back to visit Peace sometime.
