Pastor Olson came to Our Savior’s in January of 2005 as a Supply Pastor after the former pastor resigned. Later that year the call committee and the congregation called him to be the one pastor.
Pastor Olson has over 35 years of experience in ordained ministry. He has served as a clinical chaplain for 14 years; four years at a county health care center and 10 years at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield. He served parishes in Strumm and Eleva, Wisconsin for 11 years. Before coming to Our Savior’s he served as an Interim Pastor in several parishes in Wisconsin.
Pastor Olson is married to Mary Reinke-Olson. He has 3 grown sons and he and Mary have 2 sons, Tom-15 and Ben-13. He enjoys all sports, particularly basketball, and loves music. He likes doing yard work and working in the woods.
