What is the community like?
Medium-sized community, but small parish feel. Congregation is welcoming and Clergy are down-to-earth. We have a Parish School (Our Lady of Guadalupe School www.ourladyofguadalupeschool.org) and Pre-School. The Parish holds an Annual Fiesta (Festival that is a mini-carnival of sorts) around April; This event is the Parish's major fundraiser for the School. There are several ministries that one can get involved in. The community are blessed with many volunteers and are always looking for more who wish to share their Time, Talents, or Treasures.
What if I'm not a Christian?
Non-Christians are always invited to share in the liturgies. During communion, they are given a blessing. The Parish also has a Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults for those that wish to: Become Catholic; Explore the Catholic Faith further; Complete their Catholic education (Confirmation).
