Northern Bible Church was started in the 1930's by a group of neighbors that saw the need for a church in their community. With assistance and encouragement from Oak Hills Fellowship the church grew and moved to it's current location. Through the years NBC has been dedicated to making disciples and changing lives with the gospel by teaching the Word of God.

Leadership
Rick Weinert
Rick Weinert has served as Pastor of Northern Bible Church in Bemidji, Minnesota since June, 2012. Previous to that he served as District Superintendent of the Northern Mountain District of the EFCA for 6 years. Rick began ministry in 1975 serving as a missionary pastor under Village Missions until 1990. At that time he went back to school and then pastored Spring Bible Church, in Spring, Texas from 1994-2001. He served as Bible teacher and school chaplain at Spring Cypress Presbyterian Christian School for 2 years, and then as Director of International Messengers Mountainside Missionary Training Center in Libby Montana from 2003-2006. In addition to serving as Pastor of Northern Bible Church Rick teaches for IM's Training Center in Montana, their Seaside Missionary Training Center in Odessa, Ukraine, Ecola Bible College in Cannon Beach, Oregon, and Oak Hills Christian College in Bemidji, MN.Location & Directions
