Originally from this area finishing Junior High and High School in Spartanburg. Graduated from Southeastern University - Lakeland, FL (BA 1972) and Assemblies of God Theological Seminar with MA (2005). Married to Linda Nichols (Ft Myers, FL) 1972. She is also teacher and music minister.
