New Beginnings Church of Chicago

Vision is not about reality or what is. Vision is all about our dreams and inspirations of what could be. At New Beginnings Church, we share the Good News of Jesus Christ's Death and Resurrection in contemporary and creative ways with thousands of unchurched friends, family and people in the metropolitan area, many of whom accept Him as Savior. At New Beginnings, we strive to develop all people, new believers as well as established believers into fully functioning followers of Jesus Christ through people-friendly worship services, Christian Education, special events and small groups.

We are a church that models a community: a safe place where we accept one another and are accepted, love and are loved, encourage and are encouraged, forgive and are forgiven, serve and are served, seeking prayer and offering prayer. We are a church that helps all people, youth as well as adults to discover their purpose so that they are equipped to effectively serve Christ in ministry either within or outside our church.

Our goal is that every member be a committed follower of Christ. We are a church that believes in foreign missions and have ministered in Africa, Venezuela and Japan. It's our goal that every member pursues short-term mission services in various other countries as well. We are a church that believes in church-planting; our first church plant opens in Atlanta, GA, October, 2010 with others to follow every two years.

The ministry of New Beginnings is sustained by a 46,000 sq. ft. state-of-the art facility capable of accommodating our growth and is accessible to all the study groups, prayer, fellowship, music endeavors, youth activities, recreation and other meetings. We seek to grow as God prospers us and uses us to reach a lost and dying world. This is our Dream, this is our Vision, this is New Beginnings!
