Who We Are

A network of house churches and simple churches

Founded in 2011 NEO House Church Network is one church with many meeting places. Our leadership team serves a network of house churches who's goals are to grow in intimacy with God, make disciples, build authentic community, multiply through church planting and engage in world missions. We enjoy gathering around fellowship, a meal, the Lord's Supper and a participatory meeting. i Corinthians 14:26 is a good summary of our meeting style. We are multi generation....children, young adults, boomers and senior citizens.
We are evangelical and enjoy the dynamic of the Spirit-filled life. We love the Word of God (the Bible) and experience the manifest Presence of God in our gatherings. There is clear sense of God's supernatural grace in our midst.

We love church planting and are committed to fill Northeast Ohio with simple churches that make disciples. If you would like find or help organize a house church near you write us at [email protected]

What to Expect

What are services like?
House churches range in size from 12-30 participants. Each one is different. There is typically a pot-luck dinner or snacks, worship that is very informal, we generally sit around a living room in a circle, almost never in rows. Our worship may be a cappella, or instrument led...typically choruses and simple songs...some house churches utilize You-Tube worship clips that are contemporary and Spirit-filled. We are participatory in that everyone is encouraged to contribute to adding a song, psalm or scripture excerpt, a prophetic word, prayer or insight. A leader may orchestrate a meeting, hopefully with the Spirit's leading but it is all the participants that make it a great meeting. People will lovingly and warmly pray for one another and encourage one another. In this environment people have experienced significant spiritual breakthrough and even physical healing from sickness. Most importantly our members enjoy a deepening experience with and commitment to Jesus Christ.

What is the community like?
We are warm, inviting and friendly. We desire to do life together. Relationship building is a priority. The meetings are interactive and participatory so getting to know each other is normative.

What if I'm not a Christian?
We offer a welcoming environment. We will enjoy sharing a meal with you, getting to know you and if you'd like, hear your story. Each of us are on a journey. If we can assist you, it will be our joy. If you have questions about the Bible or how to know and experience God we would love to help you. Don't hesitate to ask us questions.
