What to Expect

What are services like?
Our Services are primarily traditional with contemporary songs during Sunday evening services. We begin with Worship Services at 10:00 a.m. Following those, we have Sunday School. We have separated classes for adults and children that last 30 minutes.

What is the community like?
We are a very small church in a very small neighborhood. Several families have been members for multiple generations. About half are retired and the other half are young families with children ranging from 1 yr to 12 yr. We have a couple of college aged young adults. There are two small Methodist churches in our area and we all get together for Vacation Bible School each year. We have Sunday School picnics annually and church dinners monthly. "Reunions" are held every few years where folks from out of state and former members come and catch up!

What if I'm not a Christian?
We have a Pastor and Deacons that provide counseling and baptism classes for those who want to learn more. Our church is small and it is very easy to talk and share there, unlike some large churches where folks can get lost in the crowd. We are looking for those who want to know more and help them to explore and answer their questions.
