“Be still & know that I am God,” “God is Spirit & is to be worshipped in Spirit and in Truth,” “Wait upon the Lord and you shall be renewed in strength.“
These words of Scripture are taken literally in our worship. As we gather in silent inward waiting on our Savior, we listen together in our inward spirits to hear His voice. He has said, “My sheep hear my voice.” He may or may not choose someone to speak an audible message. Our greatest need is to learn of Him as He has commanded.
