About Us
Living Water Vineyard is a multicultural community of dedicated Christ-followers who want to show the world just how loving and powerful God really is. We are part of the Vineyard movement, which means we try to do away with unnecessary denominational traditions and simply meet God as we are. We strive to experience a real relationship with God, and to share that with others. Our Sunday meetings feature contemporary worship and practical scripture-based teaching, followed by refreshments and conversation.
Living Water Vineyard meets every Sunday morning, 10:30am, at the River Forest Community Center in River Forest, Illinois. We look forward to your visit.

What to Expect
Leadership
Lynwood Morriss
Lynwood comes to Chicagoland from the east coast, having been born in Virginia and raised in New York and Florida. He came to the Midwest to attend Northwestern University, where he graduated with a BA in Psychology, and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, where he received a Master of Divinity degree. He became a Christian in his grandmother’s living room while watching Billy Graham on TV. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree in Formational Counseling from Ashland Seminary in Ohio. Lynwood’s greatest joy in ministry comes from preaching the Word and giving God’s people all the tools they need to connect deeply with their heavenly Father. Lynwood met his wife Marguerite in 1980 while serving on a Campus Crusade for Christ Summer project in Chicago. She loved his preaching and he loved her singing. They have been married for 28 years and have two children. Their son DL and his wife Jazelle have two children, Jaden and Ileana. Their daughter, Joy is a recent graduate of the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, and now works full-time for a Christian Housing Management Company in Oak Park. In Sept 2010, Marguerite and Lynwood answered a call from the Lord to start a new church plant in Oak Park, Illinois. With a team of eight people, they stepped out in faith and have been led by God every step of the way.Location & Directions
