What are services like?
We have a blended service with a praise team, but also some traditional hymns. The sermons are practical, biblical, and relational. We have a Children's Sermon, a nursery, Junior church, and a special time for 4-5 year olds. The service includes prayer/prayer requests. We have an adult choir during the school year and special guest soloists and musicians through the summer. Others, beside the pastor, help to lead aspects of the worship service.

What is the community like?
The church is located in the village of Lakemore. Lakemore was once a resort area near a good-sized lake. Many of the summer cottages are now permanent homes. While the economics of the community are challenging, there is still a lot of neighborly concern. If you are asking about the community within the church, it is best described as gracious. It is a friendly body of believers that have a real sense of caring.

What if I'm not a Christian?
You will be welcomed and received where you are. Many are searching for truth and we would be glad to have you and address your honest questions. We try not to assume that you understand religious words or have a great Bible background. Yet, we hope that you will come to find the great life that Jesus Christ has in mind for you in relationship with Him.
