Korean Presbyterian Church of E Lansing

About Us
Our congregation is gathering in front of Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI at 200 W. Grand River Ave. 48823.
Our target of Gospel is to spread Jesus' name for the multi-cultural students in MSU and the non-Christian residents in Lansing City.
For this target, we have a goal which God make us realize this;
1. We must be transferred first by the Holy Spirit- not to bring a transformation in ourselves, it is not possible to change anything.
2. We must sacrifice ourselves for Jesus and our community around us- because our Lord Jesus already did for us.
3. We do our best for the physical living goal, study according to His provision of wisdom and knowledge because the 97% of our congregation is the students.
We are gathering every in the morning at 6:00 and praying for this target and goal for the vision. Praise God!

John Won
Rev. John was born in S, Korea, and grew up in Christian family. He studied in classical voice majoring and became an opera singer and a music professor at the one of the Presbyterian University in DaeJeon City, but he was called by God's strong inspired calling in the Holy Spirit as a ministerial way for Jesus. He restarted his theological study from his age 42 years old. He was led in the Philippines as a missionary and at the same time studied there biblical and theological master courses from Asian Pacific Theological Seminary for two and half years. He went back to Korea, ordained as a minister and became a senior chaplain at the great Christian school foundation of Dae Sung. He moved to the United States for more higher theological studies in Oral Roberts University. He finished the study of Master of Divinity and the Doctor of Ministry, at the same time he started a multi-cultural and Korean immigrant church and served for 13 years. God led him also to this student ministerial church of Korean Presbyterian Church of East Lansing and have been served for 10 years. This is all the grace of God for him! A-men.Location & Directions
