What are services like?
Most adults attend the worship service where they enjoy the beautiful and inspiring music of the choir and the uplifting special music. The music is always followed by a clear, helpful, and challenging Bible message from Pastor Cazis. This service is a little over one hour in length. Also, at 10:15 there are adult Bible classes. These classes are smaller group settings where you are invited to meet people, enjoy perhaps some coffee and donuts, and hear a teaching lesson more directly applicable to your life-stage. The best way to get to know people at International Baptist Church is to visit one of these adult Bible classes. Starting with excellent nurseries, there is something special for every age child. At every service there is a safe, clean, and highly staffed nursery for children three years old and under. For the nursery age children, parents will check your child into the nursery through our Kid-Check Program. This ensures that your child is safely kept in the nursery and keeps your child safe in the nursery after entering. On Sunday morning, children three years old through sixth grade have fun, friendly, and Bible-centered classes. These classes are staffed with trained, friendly, and well-qualified teachers and helpers who will make church exciting and memorable for your child. When you arrive, our greeters and ushers are located around campus as well as in the lobby and will gladly help direct and even escort you to the right place. We have a very exciting program for our teens every week. In Brooklyn, Teen Bible Classes begin at 10:15 and then at 11:30 the teenagers have an exciting service of their own that is held in our lower level.
