About Us

Inclusive, relevant, real, contemporary

Welcome to the community of Grace Episcopal Church. Within the Episcopal Diocese of Arizona. Grace Church has served Lake Havasu City since the founding of the city in 1968; its location was the gift of the McCulloch family. Grace evolved as a small but growing group of families who gathered for worship each Sunday in various locations. In 1977 plans for the church building were approved and construction began. The church was dedicated in 1978. In 1986 the building was re-structured. In 1998 the Memorial Garden was added along with a new Parish hall, Sunday School classrooms, new kitchen and offices and the children's playground.
The Memorial Garden has available niches for purchase by Grace Episcopal Church members.
We invite students to visit us from neighboring Arizona State University, Lake Havasu City campus.

What to Expect

What are services like?
Grace Episcopal is a place of prayer, praise, worship and learning. We nurture our children and cherish the elderly. Grace is a place of love, laughter and fellowship, compassion, healing and solace. We seek to support and serve our members and the needs of the wider community. Holy Communion is taken to our at-home parishioners. Our Vision is living and sharing the 'abundant life' of God.

What is the community like?
Grace is an open community of year round and winter residents from many diverse backgrounds, cultures and lifestyles. We do not expect folk to check their brains in at the door and encourage you to engage openly in the journey into God, world and self. There is a beautiful desert labyrinth to walk as an aid to meditation and a quiet and peaceful Memorial Garden, a place to sit to remember loved ones.
